This medium body, naturally processed and traditionally grown coffee from Buku Sayisa, Ethiopia, is grown organically at an altitude of 2,300 MASL. It is dried for two-weeks on raised beds to avoid overfermentation.  This coffee has been expertly roasted in Knoxville, TN.
